51Every decision, order, permit, rule, regulation and direction made or issued by a district planning commission established under the Community Planning Act that was in force immediately before the commencement of this section continues in force as if it were a decision, order, permit, rule, regulation or direction made or issued by the regional service commission directed by order, in writing, of the Minister.
